FAQS

1. How do I purchase a Mission Overland trailer?

Mission Overland has a retail partner network across North America (see Dealer Locator). These retail partners carry an inventory of Mission Overland trailers so you don’t have to wait to purchase your trailer, or you can contact a dealer for customized options. Don’t have a retail partner near you? Just reach out to us at adventures@missionoverland.com or give us a call at 1-833-237-4126 we will be waiting to assist you in any way we can.

We offer a warranty for every trailer we manufacture. See the Warranty section for details.

All water systems should be winterized when temperatures are below freezing. We have information on the winterization process in the owner’s manual or on our YouTube channel.
Each of our models has a wide range of options available: roof racks, rooftop air conditioning, awning wall kits, pure sign wave inverters, and custom wrap designs just to name a few. See our Trailer Builder for options available for each model.
We use a Timbren axle-less suspension with electric brake hubs. 3500 lbs HD for The Summit and Trail Dog, and 5500 lbs HD for The Approach.
The Summit will fit through a standard 7’ residential garage overhead door opening. The Trail Dog and The Approach will not.
We now offer a 9,500 BTU rooftop air conditioner for The Summit and Trail Dog as a purchased option. The Approach comes standard with a 10,500 BTU built-in floor model air conditioner.
Service batteries for the trailer are not provided by Mission Overland, please see your Dealer.
The Summit and The Approach come standard with a Truma Combi forced air furnace with 14,300 BTU max output designed for caravans, vans, and trailers. The Trail Dog has a Truma Vario forced air furnace with 11,500 BTU max output available for purchase. All heaters used are very efficient and designed to heat spaces 5 times larger than our trailer models.
